Discovery Call
We start by talking about your business, your audience, and the purpose of your piece—whether it’s selling, informing, or inviting. This helps us define the goals before we dive into design.
Proposal & Timeline
You’ll receive a clear plan with scope, deliverables, and pricing so you know exactly what’s included and when to expect it.
Creative Exploration
We brainstorm concepts, play with layouts, and test out styles, typography, and imagery that best communicate your message and fit your brand.
Design & Refinement
We create initial drafts and walk you through the thinking behind them. You’ll provide feedback, and we’ll refine the design until it feels just right.
Print & Production Prep
Once the design is approved, we prepare print-ready files with bleeds, crop marks, and proper colour formats. If you already have a trusted printer, we’ll work directly with them to ensure everything runs smoothly. If not, we can recommend and coordinate with local or online printers.
Final Delivery
You’ll receive all final files in the formats you need.
